First, what is an endocrine disruptor?
Your endocrine system is your body's hormone network. It controls everything from energy and metabolism to mood, sleep, and reproductive health.
Endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs) are compounds that interfere with that system. They can mimic hormones, block them, or alter how they're produced and processed. And they're found in thousands of everyday products most of us use without a second thought.
The tricky part is that exposure is cumulative. It's not one product that's the problem, it's the combined load of dozens of small exposures adding up over time. That's what this session is about.
Most swap guides tell you the obvious. This one goes further.
Plastics and pesticides get a lot of attention. But endocrine-disrupting chemicals show up in places most people never think to check: your cookware, your candles, your dry cleaning, your receipt paper.
This session is about reducing your actual toxic load, not just swapping one product for another. Roberta will help you understand where the real exposures are coming from and which changes make the biggest difference.
In this workshop you'll learn:
Where EDCs Actually Hide
Beyond the obvious culprits — the lesser-known everyday sources most people overlook, and which ones carry the highest risk.
Your Toxic Load, Without the Guilt
A non-judgmental look at cumulative exposure and how small, strategic changes can meaningfully reduce your overall burden.
The Swaps That Actually Matter
Not an overwhelming product overhaul. A practical, prioritized guide to the changes that make the biggest difference.
This session is one of four webinars included in the KW Cleanse running April 13–22, 2026.
Each session covers a different dimension of endocrine disruptors — fertility, PCOS, everyday product swaps, and metabolic health.
KW Cleanse participants receive complimentary access as part of the program.
