Does your nervous system need a break? Yoga Nidra is a practice in which the practitioner is gently guided towards deeper and deeper states of rest, eventually dancing the line between waking and dreaming. The practice of Nidra allows the mind & body to access deep rest, boosts creativity and builds stress resiliency. Part guided meditation, part exploration of consciousness; all you need to do is get cozy and put your earbuds in.
