It's time to dig deeper on food,
for our health and wellbeing.

Eating healthy is more than just balancing your plate.
It's about knowing where your food comes from and how it's grown.

Meet Farmer Mitch,
from Good Family Farms.

Mitch is the livestock manager at Good Family Farms located South of Meaford, Ontario.

Good Family Farms focuses on producing high quality, organic food in a regenerative manner. They produce organic meats such as beef, pork and chicken as well as other cereal grains.

All of their meat is certified organic and pasture raised. Our grass fed and finished beef animals are rotationally grazed and moved daily in a regenerative farming system.
